This generation has social characteristics that are relatively different from previous generations, mainly because they grew and developed in the technological era. Information related to Millennials' habits in traveling (pre-trip, during travel, and after travel), is now very important for the tourism industry to determine the right marketing strategy. This study aims to identify the behavior of millennial tourists visiting, especially in the 4.0 revolution era. The sample of this research is Millennial generation (teenagers) born between 1981 and 2000 and living in Jakarta. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, while the data analysis method used is the method of data triangulation and source triangulation (interviews, literature studies and questionnaires). The study found that the characteristics of millennial generation tourists on a trip tended to be very "dependent" on information and technology, besides that they also liked simple activities and processes. The dependence of millennial generation on technology influences the way they travel, from the initiation process, information search, assessment, final decision, during the trip, to after the trip. The dominant social media used to find holiday references is Instagram. This research can be used as a reference for various types of tourism industry in planning marketing strategies to attract the interests of millennials, especially to find out how these generations determine tourist destinations. It has famous cuisine and typical foods from processed sea fish (sea food) so that many domestic and foreign <em>tourist</em>s visit Kedonganan. However, <em>tourist</em> visits to the Kedonganan Beach <em>Tourism</em> Area, either foreign <em>tourist</em>s or domestic <em>tourist</em>, have decreased the percentage of growth during the last 4 years. when they travel, they will keep various kind of memories and <em>experience</em>s that inherent in their minds,&nbsp; either it is a pleasant or unpleasant <em>experience</em> that will not be forgotten. To find out the <em>tourist</em> <em>experience</em> of <em>tourist</em>s, it is necessary to do research with the title “<em>Memorable</em> <em>Tourist</em> <em>Experience</em> towards <em>Culinary</em> <em>Tourism</em> in the <em>Tourism</em> Area of Kedonganan Beach, Kuta District, Badung Regency.</p> <p>This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection is completed by observation, interwiew, questionnaire, and documentation method. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents with a composition of 52 domestic respondents and 48 foreign respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and exploratory factor analysis techniques to analyze and describe the results of the study.</p> <p>Based on the results of the study, it shows that each of the five new factors formed from the <em>experience</em> of traveling domestic and foreign <em>tourist</em>s when having a <em>culinary</em> tour to the Kedonganan Beach <em>Tourism</em> Area. Gapura Angkasa Branch Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport which numbered as many as 180 people, the researchers took a sample of 100 respondents who are employees of P.T.. Gapura Angkasa Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport Branch.&nbsp; The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. &nbsp;The results showed that there are positive and significant effect of leadership style, work discipline, work environment on employee performancevariables, either partially or simultaneously. In Indonesia, jali plants spread in various ecosystems, both dry and wet climates, such as those found in West Java, Sulawesi, Sumatra, Kalimantan. West Java is the largest jali-producing region, this plant is widely cultivated conventionally by the community as a distinctive crop planted in the yard intercropping. Today's modern society hardly knows about jali. Though jali is a type of cereal plant that is easily planted, easily adaptable and resistant to disease, easy to process, and can increase food security. Jali also has a high nutritional content, especially protein content that is higher than other cereals and is equivalent to wheat, which is 14%. The use of jali as food is still limited. It is necessary to increase the use of jali into processed food because jali production is quite high, it is expected that processed jali food products that are attractive to the public, including the largest food consumers, are young people. Jali milk products can be developed as a substitute for cows’s milk in dairy products. One of the processed milk products that are is ice cream. The potential of the Indonesian ice cream market is still wide open. Making ice cream through a combination of freezing and agitation in ingredients consisting of milk and milk products, sweeteners, stabilizers, emulsifiers, and flavor enhancers. The research method uses quantitative methods with experiments and explanatory surveys. Where the experimental method was carried out organoleptic tests on 30 semi-trained panelists then continued with the survey method on 100 respondents regarding product packaging and public perception of the jali seed ice cream as a culinary icon for souvenirs in West Java. Analysis of the experimental method was carried out using the Anova Test and the Duncan Test. Whereas the quantitative explanatory survey method uses descriptive statistic analysis. The results of the study showed that the level of preference of ice cream samples with percentage of jali seeds (with a dilution of 4: 3 use water) 80% &amp;, 90%, and 100% had differences in taste, aroma, and general acceptance, but did not differ in color and texture. Whereas the hedonic quality test or quality in terms of taste has differences between the three samples.&nbsp; Jali seed ice cream the panelists most ice cream with 80% presentation of jali seeds (with dilution). The criteria for the sample are rather not white, the texture is rather soft, the aroma is not strong, and the taste is sweet. From the market survey, 85% of the results were found that of the jali seed ice cream while the rest answered quite like the jali seed ice cream. For questions about the appropriate type of packaging, most respondents liked the <em>paper</em> <em>cup</em>-based packaging model with the image or logo of the jali seeds and cartoon character of West Java akang. Questions about prices, respondents answered a price range of Rp.3,000-5,000 per <em>cup</em>. The results of the interviews showed that most respondents did not yet know jali seeds. A limited trial was conducted in SMK Taruna Terpadu 2 with a total of 35 students <em>and</em> a wide trial was conducted at SMKN I Bojong Gede with 35 students <em>and</em> Darmawan SMK with 35 students. The method used is survey method <em>and</em> qualitative <em>and</em> quantitative data collection techniques.</p> <p>In a limited trial in SMK Darmawan students cognitive aspect after action reached 82% above KKM 75. <em>And</em> on the affective aspect reached 83%. While in aspect Psikomotorik reach 85,71%. Likewise on the test Area In SMK Taruna Terpadu 2, after the action cognitive value of students reached 85.71% with KKM 78. On the affective aspects reached 86%. While in aspect Psikomotorik reach 88,57%. The next extensive test action at SMKN I Bojong Gede, the level of mastery of the cognitive aspects of students after the action reached 91, 43% with KKM 78. On the Affective aspect reached 89%. The research was conducted at the Terrace Anging Mammiri (TAM) <em>coffee shop</em>’s kitchen, Makassar Golden Hotel. The TAM <em>Coffee shop</em>’s kitchen is the main kitchen that prepare a la carte food. This kitchen emphasizes the quality of food produced. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of this study show that Makassar Golden Hotel is very concerned about the quality of food produced by establish standard operational procedures for the <em>Food and beverage</em> <em>Department</em>. The standard operating procedure is closely related to hygiene and food sanitation. The cook who is in the TAM <em>coffee shop</em>’s kitchen is the executor of the standard operating procedures that have been established. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyelenggaraan tourism international event Minangkabau Travel Mart (MTM) terhadap pencitraan pariwisata Sumatera Barat. Variable independen yaitu Pencitraan Pariwisata Sumatera Barat dan variable dependen nya adalah tourism international event Minangkabau Travel Mart. Indikator variable dependen menurut Any Noor(2013:14) adalah Keunikan, Perishablity, Intangibility, Suasana dan Pelayanan, dan interaksi personal. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, setelah itu dioleh menggunakan SPSS versi 13, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasayarat yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji linieritas serta uji auto korelasi. Setelah itu diolah menggunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis), dimana dari hasil uji tersebut terlihat bahwa indikator keunikan dan interaksi personal yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap pencitraan pariwisata Sumatera Barat, yaitu dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,149 dan sig observasi sebesar 0,034 &lt; 0,05 dan nilai t hitung indikator interaksi personal sebesar 3,189 dan sig observasi sebesar 0,002 &lt; 0,05. Pengaruh varibale lain diluar variable yang ada pada penelitian ini sebesar 91,4%.&nbsp; Hal ini bermakna bahwa indikator keunikan dan interaksi personal memberikan pengaruh terhdap pencitraan pariwisata Sumatera Barat. Pengaruh langsung indikator keunikan terhadap pencitraan pariwisata Sumatera Barat adalah sebesar 4,84%, sementara pengaruh tidak langsungnya sebesar 0,34%. Jakarta memiliki potensi keindahan alam serta keunikan budaya yang diminati oleh wisatawan baik mancanegara maupun wisatawan nusantara. Sektor pariwisata telah berhasil menjadi sumber utama pendapatan pariwisata di Jakarta. Masalah transportasi mulai menjadi perhatian dan telah diprediksikan jika tidak ada terobosan transportasi utama, kemacetan akan membanjiri kota dan akan menjadi lalu lintas yang sangat parah sehingga dapat menyebabkan kendaraan tidak dapat bergerak. Perbaikan dan penambahan infrastruktur untuk mencegah masalah tersebut sangat di dukung oleh Pemerintah, salah satunya adalah dengan adanya pembangunan MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) di Jakarta.</p> <p>Metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada penumpang MRT tujuan Bundaran HI untuk melakukan kegiatan Car Free Day. Pengukuran Ability To Pay menggunakan metode household budget dan Willingness To Pay menggunakan metode state preference. The research method used is quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents. Respondents were considered to represent because it has competence. The result is partially good comfort of work, wages, and working environment there is no influence on job satisfaction at the College of Tourism Sahid Jakarta.
